]]>We’ve invested a lot of time and effort towards understanding the use of realtime physics in our games.
We began with all the exploratory work for “Dangerous Golf” – which is one of the most physics intensive games released in several years. There was realtime physics, thousands of dynamic objects and realtime physically based destruction. The entire game concept was based around the player being able to have fun by playing with these physical interaction happening on the screen.
The series of small GIFs below show how real physics creates unique actions each time you play. In this case, traffic checking a car into a towed vehicle on a Motorway. Our American readers will recognise this type of road named as a Freeway instead.
